3-Month Paid Internship – Leading to a Full-Time Role
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a 3-month paid internship designed as a direct pathway to a full-time role: interns who successfully complete the program and demonstrate solid performance will be offered a permanent position on the team.
The internship offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and HR operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle – from research and outreach to interview coordination – while building the skills, exposure, and track record needed to transition into a full-time HR professional.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- Duration: 3 months, paid, full-time.
- Pathway: Structured to convert to a permanent full-time HR role upon successful completion and performance review.
- Support: Mentorship from experienced recruiters and exposure to modern HR technologies and best practices throughout.
DUTIES
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
- Participate in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest and expand the talent pool.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data.
- Assist in coordinating on-boarding activities and training & development programs for new hires.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for job postings and social media channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Help manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies related to recruiting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of, or progress toward, a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, research techniques for talent sourcing and lead generation.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and negotiation skills during candidate outreach and interviews.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and an understanding of employment laws and employee relations principles is advantageous.
