As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who shares that philosophy and is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional employee experience.

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture , you'll lead the day-to-day HR function while partnering closely with leaders across the organization to solve people challenges, build leadership capability, and continuously improve how we support our employees.

How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with Leaders to Build High-Performing Teams

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.




- Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate people challenges with confidence.
- Build leadership capability through practical coaching, feedback and guidance.

Lead the People & Culture Function

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of People & Culture services, ensuring efficient, responsive, and compliant HR operations.
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems and programs to enhance the employee and leader experience.
- Partner with the Director, People & Culture to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Use workforce analytics to improve recruitment, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the People & Culture team while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Attract, Develop and Retain Key Talent

- Lead recruitment and onboarding while partnering with leaders to proactively plan workforce needs.
- Support talent development, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen our employer brand and create exceptional candidate and onboarding experience

Champion our Culture

- Model servant leadership by building trust, removing barriers, and empowering leaders and employees to succeed.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability where people feel valued and supported.
- Help create an employee experience where people feel valued,



supported and inspired to do their best work.

What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll have:

- Become a trusted partner, providing practical people solutions and coaching leaders with confidence
- Strengthened recruitment and onboarding and employee development practices to attract, retain and grow exceptional talent.
- Improved HR processes, systems, and workforce insights that enable better business decisions.
- Foster an engaged, accountable and high performing workplace where employees feel valued and leaders are equipped to succeed.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CPHR designation (or working toward designation) is considered an asset.
- Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience across employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and leadership support.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional coaching, relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- Experience using HRIS platforms with preference for UKG, HR analytics, and Microsoft 365.
- A passion for servant leadership, continuous improvement, and creating exceptional employee experiences.
