Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and informed manner.
- Help clients find the right vehicle and guide them through the sales process.
- follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to exceed monthly sales targets.
Skills
- Previous sales experience is required - automotive preferred.
- Experience in subprime sales is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A Positive attitude, strong worth ethic, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
