Papa John's Pizza is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused In-Store Team Member to join our team. We are seeking someone with previous restaurant or pizza store experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately in-store and over the phone.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Papa John's quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining consistency.
- Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining area clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily store operations as required.

QualificationsRequired
- Previous experience in a restaurant, pizza store, or quick-service restaurant.




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred
- Experience preparing pizzas or working in a similar kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safe Certificate is considered an asset.
