Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role Identity is at the heart of up-to-date security failures — and we're looking for people who truly understand how and why. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns
Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failure modes
Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and security posture
Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate frontier AI systems
Provide structured,
expert feedback that helps AI learn how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in real environments Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think like both a defender and an attacker
Clear written communication skills — you can explain complex security concepts precisely
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint
Familiarity with identity governance and privileged access management (PAM)
Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture
