This temporary full time role focuses on advancing Indigenous student engagement through the oversight of housing programs and retention initiatives. Collaboratively working with Student Services, you’ll provide culturally relevant support that enhances student persistence and completion outcomes. Your efforts will build partnerships and create an impactful educational journey for Indigenous learners.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the Indigenous Student Housing Program and bursary administration • Develop proactive retention strategies for academic success • Support students facing various challenges through coordinated services • Design culturally grounded programs fostering community engagement • Monitor success indicators and recommend program enhancements

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Studies or related field • 3-5 years experience with Indigenous Peoples in education • Skills in strategic programming and data analysis • Strong communication and partnership-building skills • Knowledge of Indigenous student experiences
