Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (Solution Design) who can go beyond traditional warehouse design and help shape how complex operational systems are defined, modeled, and scaled.
This role sits at the intersection of industrial engineering, product development, and computational modeling. This is a high-ownership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in ambiguous, early-stage environments and building from first principles.
5–10+ years of industrial engineering experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environments
Exposure to analytical tools (SQL, Python, neo4j) is preferred
Experience in consulting, solution design, or operational engineering environments
Prior involvement in building tools, frameworks, or reusable design methodologies
Work with product and engineering teams to translate domain logic into scalable systems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience in consulting, solution design, or operational engineering environments is highly valued
Proven experience working as a Solutions Engineer or Industrial Engineer within large-scale 3PL, logistics,
or supply chain organizations (senior-level experience preferred)
Equipment and facility constraints
Establish strong working cadence with Product, Engineering, and the Chief Scientist
Start testing structured logic against historical RFPs or known designs
Deliver a usable domain foundation that supports the scenario engine and early modeling efforts
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Quality and scalability of design frameworks
Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering we build long-term careers.
Whether you’re leading a client relationship, shaping a solution, or building internal capability, your decisions have visible impact.
You’ll help solve real operational challenges that directly impact global commerce, customer experience, and supply chain performance.
We invest in mentorship, leadership development, and continuous learning — supporting both vertical growth and long-term career progression.
We support remote and hybrid work models, flexible schedules, and trust our teams to manage their time responsibly.
From project wins to personal milestones, we recognize contribution, celebrate progress, and value consistency over heroics.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, engineers, product leaders, and commercial professionals who value ownership, transparency, and high standards.
Comprehensive health and dental coverage for you and your family (region-specific plans)
Competitive paid time off (PTO), sick leave, and public holidays
