We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Infor M3 Equipment Service and its core modules, including Equipment Quotations Management (EQM), Mobility for Field Service (MFS), and Enterprise Dispatching & Assignment (EDA)

. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Infor M3 solutions, with a focus on equipment service operations, field service management, enterprise integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Infor M3 Equipment Service solutions.
- Configure and support Equipment Quotations Management (EQM) , Mobility for Field Service (MFS) , and Enterprise Dispatching & Assignment (EDA) modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable Infor M3 solutions aligned with business processes.
- Support equipment lifecycle management, work orders, preventive maintenance, warranty management, field service operations, and technician dispatch.
- Configure MFS to enable mobile work order processing, inventory transactions, service reporting, and offline capabilities for field technicians.




- Configure and optimize EDA for technician scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, integrations, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, support SIT/UAT activities, and provide post-go-live support.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials while following Infor implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive hands-on experience with Infor M3 is mandatory.
- Robust experience with Infor M3 Equipment Service , including EQM, MFS (Mobility for Field Service), and EDA (Enterprise Dispatching & Assignment) .
- Experience with business process analysis, functional configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Strong understanding of equipment service management, field service operations, work order management, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience integrating Infor M3 with other enterprise applications using Infor ION , APIs, or related integration technologies.
