The purpose of this role is to serve as a Project Manager, assisting the Service Centre Project Manager in delivering IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

- Prepare effort estimates and define project scope, cost, and schedule.

- Coordinate and track hardware and software procurement and delivery.

- Ensure process adherence throughout all phases of a project.

- Track and follow up on pending action items.

- Coordinate with all project stakeholders (internal and external).

- Prepare Business Continuity Planning (BCP) plans and conduct BCP/Disaster Recovery (DR) drill activities.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Manage large implementation teams.

- Prepare and review implementation plans.

- Ensure project performance expectations are met in accordance with service levels and quality standards.

- Monitor and track project provisioning, planned effort, and actual effort.

- Identify, raise, and escalation project risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership that may impact project delivery.

- Provide regular communication and progress updates to stakeholders on critical projects.

- Understand business requirements and design solutions accordingly.

- Maintain all project documentation.

Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

- PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent Program Management certification is preferred.

- In-depth technical and system knowledge relevant to IT infrastructure workstreams.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects and manage implementation teams.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

- Strong understanding of modern technology stacks and enterprise IT environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in effort estimation and project scheduling.
