We are looking for an Internal Customer Service representative to join our close-knit team. Door hardware experience is an asset but not a requirement. This position offers future opportunities to grow with our company.

Duties will include

- Process customer quotes, invoices and orders which includes shipping confirmations, ETA & inventory updates
- Support customers via the phone, in person, and online
- Respond to customer inquiries on product information, pricing and availability
- Evaluate product availability, cost, sourcing and replenishment paths
- Support the purchasing department
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
- Must have a valid G driver's license
- Perform inventory control & cycle counts
- Solid organizational, communication, and typing skills
- Excellent English oral, and written skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn




- Team player with a great attitude
- No Criminal Record
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
