Insurance Brokerage - Personal Lines account support (Broker Support)

Your Role within PIB

As a RIBO licensed Account Manager within our Broker Service Division, your objective will be to provide support to our personal lines team in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing our insurance clients. The role focuses on service and administrative support with relationship building in collaboration with PIB Navacord's Account Executive and Account Manager teams.

You within our PIB Team

- Execute the processing of insurance policy changes within the insurance company portals
- Provide assistance to client-facing brokers by ordering and retrieving insurance reports, following up with the insurance company for policy documents and policy validation reviews to ensure the accuracy of the documents received
- Process a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to completion of certificates,



letter processing, and mailing of documents
- Provide support to the client-facing brokers with the preparation of renewal review documents

What you need to have

- RIBO license
- personal lines insurance experience an asset
- An eagerness to work in a team environment
- Experience with Applied EPIC is an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
