Candidates for the role of, Insurance Advisor will naturally be reliable, authentic, resourceful and willing to put their efforts towards providing an unmatched level of service for our exceptional clients. This is an in-office service and sales role and our Team will support the successful candidate through licencing and systems training in order to ensure long term success for the Candidate and the Agency.

Someone who plays crib or is willing to learn the game. What are the Responsibilities:

Obtain the Ontario General Insurance Licence (OTL) with the Agencies support, obtain the Ontario Life Insurance Licence once proficient in the General Insurance space.

Service clients varying needs as they pertain to Home, Auto and Commercial Insurance.

Once licenced, advise, recommend and sell appropriate insurance products and coverages to new and existing clients.

Continuously build knowledge while meeting or exceeding continuing education requirements.

Participate in the care of the office

Work with the Team to service clients and advance the goals of the Agency What we are offering A competitive base salary + monthly and annual bonuses with room to grow based on your effort and success.
