WellCare Oakville North branch is looking for motivated, sales-driven Insurance Producers to help grow our team. We welcome both experienced licensed brokers and newly licensed or aspiring brokers who are ready to build a career in insurance sales.

Requirements
- RIBO licensed, currently pursuing RIBO licensing, or willing to complete the required licensing process

- Solid interest in insurance sales and business development
- Confidence in prospecting, networking, asking for referrals, and building client relationships
- Professional, self-motivated,



coachable, and results-driven

- Willingness to work in a full-time, 100% commission-based Producer role

Experienced candidates
- Proven insurance sales experience
- Strong ability to generate and close new business

- Experience managing a pipeline, referrals, and client relationships
- Existing book of business, strong pipeline, or proven production history is an asset

Less experienced candidates

- Sales, customer service, business development, or community networking experience is an asset
- A clear willingness to prospect and generate new business
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to learning

- Personal lines experience is an asset, but not required
