Project Canoe seeks a dedicated interim leader for a 13-month contract. You will manage daily operations, ensure financial sustainability, and oversee the implementation of the 3-year growth plan. Responsibilities also include leading the planning for our 50th Anniversary in 2027, engaging stakeholders, and achieving fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute multi-year strategic and growth plans • Monitor financials and manage approved budgets • Supervise the Program Director and seasonal staff recruitment • Act as a public face and promote organizational brand • Lead the planning for the 50th Anniversary Reunion

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of leadership and fundraising experience • Robust financial management and reporting skills • Proven marketing and communications experience • Background in outdoor education or youth development • Valid Ontario G driver's licence required
