ANUVO Preferences Intervention Specialist Role Description Organization: ANUVO Education Support Services Program: ANUVO Preferences Intervention Program Role Type: Part-time / Contract / Employee — to be confirmed Location: Clinic-hosted sites through participating clinic partners Reports To: ANUVO Program Lead / Director of Education / Education Coordinator Program Model: Clinic-hosted one-on-one implementation support

Role Purpose The ANUVO Preferences Intervention Specialist supports participants during clinic-hosted one-on-one implementation sessions. This role helps participants and families move from recommendations to real-life follow-through.

The Specialist uses the participant’s ANUVO Preferences Blueprint™ to support routines, transitions, participation, organization, engagement, and practical skill-building. This is not tutoring and not therapy. The Specialist does not provide ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, psychoeducational assessment, or regulated clinical treatment.

Regulated clinical services remain within the scope of the participating clinic or regulated professional.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one implementation support sessions.

Follow the participant’s ANUVO Preferences Blueprint™

Support routines, transitions, organization, participation, and engagement

Help participants apply strategies in practical ways use ANUVO-approved tools, materials, and workstations

Support regulation-readiness and body breaks where appropriate

Help participants return to session tasks after breaks

Focument session notes using ANUVO’s reporting process

Share session observations with the ANUVO

Program Lead or Coordinator

Participate in ANUVO team check-ins or implementation meetings

Support safe arrival, transition, and dismissal procedures

Communicate concerns through the proper ANUVO escalation process

Protect participant privacy and confidentiality

Follow all clinic-hosted site rules and ANUVO program procedures

What This Role Does Not Do

Diagnose

Provide therapy

Provide ABA treatment

Provide OT, SLP,



psychotherapy, or counselling

Create clinical treatment plans

Replace a regulated professional

Make OAP or insurance funding decisions

Give clinical opinions

Supervise regulated clinical services

Promise outcomes or reimbursement

Preferences Blueprint™ implementation session structure documentation and reporting family communication boundaries clinic-hosted procedures regulation-readiness support transition support workstation setup confidentiality and privacy expectations escalation and incident reporting process

Typical Schedule weekday evenings approximately 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM sessions at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM

50-minute sessions

10 minutes for documentation, transition, and preparation

Final schedule depends on clinic availability, participant enrollment, and staffing needs.

Working Environment The role is delivered at approved participating clinic locations.

Reporting Structure The Preferences Intervention Specialist reports to ANUVO.

The Specialist may receive direction from

ANUVO Program Lead

ANUVO Director of Education

ANUVO Education Coordinator / Evening Coordinator The Specialist does not report directly to the participating clinic unless otherwise stated in the clinic-specific agreement. Clinical collaboration, supervision, or regulated-service matters remain with the participating clinic or regulated professional where applicable.
