POSITION OVERVIEW The Inventory Coordinator, Auto Insurance at Navacord will play a crucial role in the efficient processing and management of ICBC documents and payments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This is an on-site role at our New Westminster branch location. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support
Conducts daily audit of sign sheets, POS terminals and plate inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Mitigates risk exposure by conducting regular reconciliation of inventory, POS terminals, and other assets, in adherence to ICBC policies and procedures.
Handles inbound call triage, payment processing, mail deliveries and office supplies maintenance.
Provides administrative and operational support to sales agents, management, and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service in a quick-paced, high-demand environment.
Inventory
Manages vehicle plate inventory, overseeing ordering, returns, allocation, and transfers between auto insurance agents and offices to ensure seamless operations.
Maintains sufficient plate inventory for auto insurance agents, prepares and manages daily sign-out/sign-in sheets, and assigns POS terminals as required.
Prepares documentation and arranges the shipment of surrendered vehicle plates to ICBC, reconciling cancellation transactions to maintain accurate records. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment. Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and transactions.
Demonstrated a sense of accountability and responsibility in handling financial tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is considered an asset.

The salary range for this role is $18.25-$21.00 per hour.
Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills.
