Job Summary The IT Support and Technology Coordinator provides day-to-day technology support across the organization, assisting with IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, employee onboarding, technology projects, and system improvements. This role supports ERP-related initiatives, manages technology assets, coordinates with external IT providers, and helps ensure reliable technology operations across company facilities. Use of AI: We use artificial intelligence tools to help screen applications during the hiring process. Job Duties:

Support IT infrastructure activities related to ERP implementation and technology projects

Assist with technology deliverables supporting the company’s rebrand initiative.





Support Microsoft 365 applications, including user setup, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools

Set up employee workstations and coordinate technology onboarding for new hires

Research, purchase, and maintain technology equipment including laptops, monitors, docking stations, tablets, phones, and accessories

Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and equipment inventory

Provide basic troubleshooting support for computers, printers, connectivity, cabling, and meeting room technology

Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets with external IT providers

Coordinate with vendors and technicians for installations, repairs, upgrades, and onsite support

Assist with implementing and maintaining technology standards and best practices across facilities

Provide general technical support and guidance to employees as required

Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Education/Technical Skills:

2+ years of experience in IT support, IT coordination, or a similar role

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and user administration

Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work with external vendors and service providers

Strong communication and customer service skills
