Role Description The Jan San Client Success role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kingston, Canada Area. This role supports clients in the janitorial and sanitation sector, ensuring they fully understand and gain value from AI-enabled solutions and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, guiding them through product features, addressing questions, and providing proactive support to improve their use of the platform. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving service issues, coordinating with internal teams to manage requests, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Success team member also contributes to process improvements, gathers feedback to inform product enhancements, and supports training materials or sessions tailored to the janitorial and sanitation industry.
