As an Assurance Manager, you will lead engagement teams and manage a diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with partners to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services while mentoring and developing junior team members. Lead and manage assurance engagements,



including audit and review engagements Oversee and review tax filing requirements and considerations that impact the results of the audit and review engagements Oversee the work of staff and senior accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and formal performance feedback Participate in the development of firm policies and internal processes to improve service delivery and efficiency Lead technical training sessions and contribute to the professional development of team members Minimum 4 years of experience with a focus on assurance services Robust technical knowledge of ASPE and IFRS Working knowledge of Canadian income tax compliance for corporations and individuals Proficiency in assurance and tax software, including CaseWare, Taxprep, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite Paid overtime Comprehensive benefits and extended health coverage Firm-sponsored social events and team-building activities Ongoing professional development and leadership training
