Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The role involves overseeing construction and restoration projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with restoration partners and private clients, managing subcontractors and trades, reviewing project scopes and estimates,
and monitoring progress on active job sites.
The role also includes maintaining detailed project documentation, resolving site issues, communicating updates to stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in workflows and client service.
Qualifications
Project planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and scope management.
Experience with residential and commercial construction, restoration, and renovation processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for working with clients, partners, and trades.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and insurance-related documentation.
Proficiency with basic construction management software and tools.
Proven ability to work on-site, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in construction or restoration project management; formal training or certification (e.g., PMP, construction management diploma/degree) is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visiting job sites within the Greater Vancouver area.
