Base: $60K- $65K + OTE: $400K-$450K (Uncapped)
ACV (per annum: $172,000) : $15,000 per deal
Average Commissions Monthly: $8000 - $10,000 per month
Annual Bonus: $150,000
Total On-Target Earnings: approximately $200,000 - $400,000 annually

What You’ll Do
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business.
Build relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and healthcare executives.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations.
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to maximize client success.
Become a trusted advisor by understanding each prospect's business challenges.
What You
Bring to the Table
1–3+ years of DIRECT Account Executive experience.
Full-cycle SaaS sales experience (prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing).
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
Experience closing high-value software deals.
Experience managing short sales cycles.
Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment. Preferred
Healthcare SaaS or MedTech experience.
Experience selling to MedSpas, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Dental, Vision, or other private-pay healthcare clinics.
Experience using HubSpot CRM.
