Job Summary

Kindling Cannabis is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Key Holder/Delivery Driver to join our team. This dual-role position combines retail leadership with cannabis delivery services, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Key Holder, you will support the management team with daily store operations, oversee shifts when management is unavailable, and ensure all AGCO regulations and company policies are followed. As a Delivery Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products while providing a professional and friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities

Key Holder Duties:

- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with AGCO and company policies.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and restocking products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support management with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Delivery Driver Duties:

- Deliver cannabis orders safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Verify customer identification upon delivery and ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Follow all company delivery procedures and provincial cannabis regulations.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of all deliveries.




- Keep accurate delivery records and communicate with the store regarding delivery status.
- Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle and practice safe driving at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 19 years.
- CannSell certification (required).
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance (if using a personal vehicle).
- Previous cannabis retail experience preferred.
- Previous key holder or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
