- Full timers have a consistent schedule with consistent days off - We cannot promise your schedule will never change. We can promise that we will not shift days off or shift times week to week. We believe you should schedule life activities months in advance with confidence.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service




- Execute in-store and on-site design consultations
- Perform site visits to obtain precise measurements and spatial details
- Create accurate designs using 20/20 design software
- Provide quotes and recommend product options
- Effectively facilitate the sale of projects and prepare contract documentation. Training will be provided.
- Operate store's sales software to create invoices and sales orders
- Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the design process
- Work harmoniously with other trades involved with a client's project through to completion
- Provide good communication and follow the client's project through to completion
- Operate in conjunction with product reps and manufacturers to acquire up-to-date store displays
- Communicate and report on sales results, leads, quotations and the sales outlook
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen showroom and product displays
- Continuously train to upgrade skills and product knowledge
- Other duties as required.

Role Technical Qualifications:

- Experience with the 20/20 Design software is an asset
- Kitchen design experience is an asset
- Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints and drawings is an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and possess efficient organizational skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
- Capable of working well with tight deadlines
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle is required
