Duties The Battle Harbour Historic Trust is looking for a person to join its dedicated, hard-working kitchen team for the 2026 tourist season. The successful applicant will assist the head cook in preparing meals to the highest standards and serving these meals to our guests. We serve our guests high quality, set meals.



Duties include but are not limited to:

 Assist with daily meal preparations: breakfast (8am), lunch (12:30) dinner (6pm).

 Dining room setup and take down for each meal.

 Ensuring clean and sanitary conditions are kept throughout the kitchen and dining area.

 Serving meals to guests.

The shift is ten days on, four days off. Accommodations will be provided at Battle Harbour. Preference will be given to applicants with previous food service experience.

Pay will be discussed upon application. In addition to hourly wages, the position includes a share of gratuities at the end of the season. Term: ASAP to September 13th, 2026
