Explore a rewarding role as a Family Health Organization Physician in Kitchener, Ontario. This position allows you to take over an established practice with a dedicated roster of patients. In this position, you will be part of a clinic operating three days a week, with a patient roster of 1000 individuals.

You will work alongside four experienced physicians within a fully equipped medical plaza, complete with on-site lab and pharmacy. Reasonable on-call duties add a supportive structure, and you have the option to locum prior to full ownership. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a patient roster of around 1000 individuals
- Work with a collaborative team of four physicians
- Conduct patient visits in 10 fully equipped exam rooms
- Handle scheduled on-call duties as part of FHO
- Coordinate care with nursing and reception staff

Requirements:

- Certification in Family Practice required
- Willingness to locum prior to the full time position
- Strong focus on patient-centered services
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred
- Available to transition by Spring/Summer 2024
