Job Title: KYC AML Analyst (French Bilingual Role)

Location: Montreal - Hybrid

Duration: 3+ Months with solid possibility of extension

Pay- $33 T3 - $40 INC Hourly.

We are seeking approximately 4 KYC refresh analysts that are fluent in French and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience conducting the following activities:

- Conduct periodic reviews of individual client files as part of the KYC refresh process.
- Review information available in internal systems to confirm that client data is accurate and up to date.
- Contact clients, when required, to obtain or validate missing, outdated, or incomplete information.
- Verify and update key client information, including name , date of birth , address , phone number , and occupation .




- Confirm the client’s intended use of the account to ensure the client profile remains consistent with expected account activity.
- Clearly document the steps performed, information obtained, and updates made to the client file.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or incomplete information and escalate them in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support the maintenance of complete, accurate, and compliant client records in line with applicable internal and regulatory KYC requirements.
