Duties

- Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies using manual or mechanical means
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and passing tools or materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate protective gear at all times
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, or assisting with framing under supervision
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality

Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work is advantageous
- Willingness to learn recent skills and take on diverse responsibilities as needed
