Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape/Renovation Foreman to lead and oversee landscape and renovation projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all outdoor spaces are transformed into beautiful, functional, and sustainable environments. As a Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise landscape renovation projects, including planting, grading, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction
- Coordinate daily activities of crew members, assigning tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards to maintain a protected working environment
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring proper operation and efficiency
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate updates to clients and management
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards




- Provide mentorship and training to team members in gardening techniques, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance

Qualifications

- Proven experience supervising landscape or renovation crews with a strong background in construction or horticulture
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with construction activities such as grading, planting, hardscape installation, and site preparation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping equipment and construction sites
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers
- Ability to problem-solve on-site issues quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
