Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Salary: This is a split-paying (commission-based) position plus tips. Technicians earn a percentage of each lash service performed, and keep 100% of their tips.
The split rate will be discussed based on experience and skill level.
