As the Lead Counsel at Panasonic Canada Inc., you will offer leadership and legal oversight across various operations. This full-time role demands expertise in commercial transactions, compliance, employment law, and regulatory matters. You'll engage with business leaders to pinpoint legal risks and deliver strategic solutions that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Advise leaders on regulatory and operational legal matters • Draft and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts • Monitor legislative changes and compliance requirements • Collaborate with Panasonic North America Legal teams • Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues

Requirements: • Law degree and membership in valuable standing in Ontario • 10+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and employment law • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
