This role involves configuring CRM systems and guiding dealership teams through successful go-lives. You'll also mentor junior specialists and act as a vital liaison between dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation for large dealer accounts • Conduct kick-off calls and scoping sessions • Configure DP360 CRM and websites per dealer needs • Train dealership teams for go-live confidence • Mentor junior staff and review their work
