Cogeco Communications Inc. is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Counsel in Montréal. With 3-5 years of experience, you will focus on regulatory advocacy and managing litigation within North America. This role is central to the Legal & Regulatory team, requiring strong legal expertise in regulatory law, litigation, and dispute resolution.

You'll advise on key regulatory matters in Canada and the U.S., while driving the company's advocacy strategy and managing external counsel to ensure successful outcomes. Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on policy developments in Canada and the U.S.

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents

- Law degree and membership in a Canadian provincial bar
