As a Legal Operations Lead, you will establish and evolve a dedicated function aimed at enhancing the performance of Legal Services. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will work with stakeholders to support key initiatives, improve governance practices, and manage risk across North America. Your expertise will be vital to driving continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead automation and digital transformation projects • Manage external law firms and service providers • Establish effective governance practices and KPIs • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and legal meetings • Oversee risk management and business continuity planning
Requirements: • 10+ years in project management or advisory roles • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field • Bilingual in French and English • Knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies preferred
