Tactx Project Sales & Marketing Inc. is looking for a Licensed Leasing Specialist – Multifamily & Developer Portfolios to support residential leasing assignments throughout the Central Okanagan.

This is not a traditional day-to-day property management position. The primary focus will be leasing available homes within multifamily rental communities and developer-owned residential portfolios.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Purpose-built rental lease-ups
- Multifamily residential leasing
- Developer-owned rental portfolios
- Recent-development leasing or project sales
- Leasing multiple homes within one building or portfolio An active B.C.

Rental Property

Management licence is required. A Trading Services licence, project-sales experience or an interest in future development sales opportunities would be considered a strong asset.

This is a commission-only, project-based contract opportunity.



The successful candidate must be professional, responsive and comfortable following strict property-specific lead-handling and confidentiality procedures.

Affiliation with our partner brokerage, Panda Luxury Homes, is preferred but is not necessarily required from the first day, subject to licensing and brokerage requirements.

The initial focus will be leasing, with the potential to participate in future residential development launches and project-sales opportunities.
