Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Handyman/Woman to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for weekly landscaping, plumbing issues, HVAC filter changes, and other routine tasks that may come up.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and building infrastructure. Along with weekly landscaping
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.

Experience

- Hands-on experience with plumbing, landscaping, HVAC and electrical repairs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English for transparent documentation and collaboration.
