Reporting directly to the Sales Managers, the Lot Attendant plays a vital part in the presentation, organization, and overall appearance of our vehicle inventory and lot.

Receive and inspect all new vehicle deliveries for damage and accuracy of accessories listed on the invoice Park and organize vehicles on the lot in a clean, orderly manner Maintain vehicle presentation, including washing, snow/debris removal, and general cleanliness of the lot Store and manage keys, manuals, and fobs appropriately Re-park vehicles after sales to maximize lot space Perform general upkeep of the lot and surrounding areas, including mowing, garbage collection, and snow shoveling Assist with vehicle pick-ups, dealer trades, and out-of-town trips Complete errands such as registry runs and other dealership-related tasks Support the Sales Department with additional duties as needed Ideal Candidate Qualities:

A “jack-of-all-trades” skillset is a strong asset High attention to detail Strong time management and organizational abilities Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment Excellent customer service and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a criminal record check
