Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by completing prep tasks promptly
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs




- Ensure all food is stored correctly and waste is minimized through proper procedures

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
