Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working setting
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude towards learning new skills
