We pride ourselves on delivering a premium dining experience for our golfers, locals, and event guests alike. If you can pivot from a perfectly cooked burger for a table of four to a 80-person wedding without breaking a sweat, we want to meet you.

What’s on Your Plate:

- The Line: Own the kitchen during lunch and dinner service, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for flavour and presentation.
- The Events: Help prep and execute wedding and tournament banquets. Your experience with volume and timing will be key here.
- The Prep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to prep work to keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
- The Vibe: Work collaboratively with a small, tight-knit team in a scenic, professional environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Banqueting Skills: You understand the logistics of catering and high-volume service.
- Consistency:



You’re a pro at following recipes and maintaining quality, even during the "Saturday Rush."
- Reliability: You show up ready to work, with a positive attitude and a sharp set of knives.
- Flexibility: Golf season can be unpredictable—you’re okay with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
