Responsibilities
- Work on and run litigation files as directed
- Attend court and tribunal hearings as directed, which will typically be virtual, but will be in-person at times and may require some travel
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited Canadian law school
- Admission to the bar in any of the following: BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario
- Possession of and access to a computer, phone, reliable internet connection, and suitable (at-home) office space
