As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans. Your main duties will include:

- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable collateral-based loan solutions.
- Open current customer accounts and assist clients with online loan repayment services.
- Interview clients and evaluate loan applications by reviewing repayment ability, credit history, and collateral value.
- Approve or decline loan applications within authorized lending limits.
- Determine appropriate loan amounts, terms, and interest rates based on company policies and collateral value.
- Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, interest rates, and agreements to clients.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients and manage loan defaults, including collateral liquidation when required.
- Complete and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor loan accounts, including renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote the company's lending products and services.





To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills: -Strong computer skills

Knowledge of financial services and lending products- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients-

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan documentation and application processing

- Ability to work independently and in a team
