- Prepare personalized itineraries for guests

- Keep local attraction materials readily available
- Update dining options and assist with reservations

Requirements:
- Ability to use Opera PMS is desirable
- Robust focus on customer service and detail
- Effective communication skills in person and on the phone
- Comprehensive understanding of local attractions
- Must be capable of lifting at least 40 lbs
