In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, security systems, safes, and access control devices across various facilities.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of locks, security hardware, and electronic access control systems.
- Conduct lockouts and emergency lock repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assess security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions or upgrades.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with facility management to implement security protocols and access procedures.
- Inspect existing locking mechanisms regularly to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of safes and vaults as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar security-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical locks, electronic access systems, safes, and security hardware.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid locksmith license or certification as required by local regulations is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in lock installation and repair.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
