Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery within a steel roll forming manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating roll formers or presses, or assisting in material handling.

This role will be on the afternoon shift from 3:30 pm, and will be 4 x 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Duties

- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Work across a variety of roll formers and presses to produce a wide range of steel products.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.




- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Skills

- Proficient in the use roll formers and presses
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity or certifications with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
