Support operational excellence as a Maintenance CMMS Specialist with CARTE International Inc in Winnipeg. CARTE International Inc is looking for a dedicated Maintenance CMMS Specialist to enhance the maintenance team.

The successful candidate will handle Maintenance Change Requests (MCR) and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) for facility assets. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate master data and driving optimal asset reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer the CMMS program (MaintainX) and related databases
- Monitor completion rates of work orders and Mean Time To Response (MTTR)




- Analyze cost and labor trends within maintenance operations
- Track KPIs and metrics for effective maintenance oversight
- Engage in root cause analysis for continuous improvement Requirements:
- Technical post-secondary diploma or relevant experience
- Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment
- Solid Maintenance and Reliability knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
