We are currently seeking a Manager of Finance to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization on a 24-month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent prospect for a strong finance professional to step into a leadership role with broad exposure across financial reporting, operations, and global audit.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for the corporate office

Manage and mentor a team of 3 (2 Accounts Payable, 1 Senior Financial Analyst)

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Take ownership of the global audit process, coordinating with external auditors

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Provide financial insights to support business decision-making

Requirements

CPA (CA designation required)

Background in Big 4 audit strongly preferred

Combination of public accounting and industry experience is ideal





Experience with SAP or OneStream is considered an asset

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
