The Finance

Director manages all financial aspects of SilverStar Mountain, reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with the CFO at Pacific Group Resorts. In this full-time position, you'll engage in strategic leadership, direct relationships with key department heads, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will drive decision-making processes and support continuous improvement in financial practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, interpret, and report financial data
- Lead financial reporting and annual budgeting efforts




- Manage budget controls and assess financial performance
- Develop policies for accounting, budgeting, and project tracking
