Join Toronto Community Housing Corporation as the Manager for Yardi Optimization & Implementation. Drive system enhancements and ensure successful execution of the Homes platform initiatives.

This role is pivotal in managing program execution, coordinating with internal teams, and working closely with external partners. You will be responsible for leading significant projects aimed at optimizing the Homes platform, while managing risks and dependencies for a smooth implementation. Reporting to the Director of Financial System Transformation, you will communicate project progress and financial reporting to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead execution of approved Yardi initiatives from start to finish • Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans • Ensure compliance with governance and quality criteria • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvements

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 10 years of experience in enterprise systems • Proven track record in managing complex implementations • Robust background in project controls and reporting • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is an asset
