Responsibilities

- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales floor activities
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members
- Contribute to sales management by helping set pricing strategies, promotional displays, and sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Support payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Collaborate with team members to supervise cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations

Experience





- Previous supervisory or team management experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to motivate others are essential for success in this role
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Proven recruiting or interviewing experience demonstrates your aptitude for building effective teams
- Familiarity with retail management functions such as merchandising, pricing, budgeting, and marketing enhances your candidacy
- Excellent communication skills combined with time management and organizational abilities are critical for thriving in this rapid-paced environment
- Administrative experience including bookkeeping, math proficiency, and recordkeeping will support your development as a future leader
