Senior Analytics Lead – Midland Transport – Moncton, NB Midland Transport is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to spearhead our enterprise analytics, reporting, and data governance capabilities. Manage and develop analytics and data management teams, fostering accountability, capability growth, and continuous improvement. Prioritize data and analytics initiatives based on business value and measurable outcomes. Support AI enablement by ensuring data readiness, governance, performance measurement, and adoption tracking are in place.

Act as a trusted analytics partner across business, technology, and transformation teams,



driving alignment and data‑informed decision‑making. Post‑secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. ~8–10 years of progressive experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or related leadership roles. ~ Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams and driving data‑focused initiatives. ~ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. ~ Deep understanding of reporting, performance measurement, data governance, and data management best practices. ~ Experience with business intelligence tools and modern data platforms; Power BI experience preferred. ~ Preferred Assets ~ Relevant industry, analytics, data, or project management certifications.
